Fire knives nutrition I have been in the kitchen as long as I can remember at my grandmother's heels starting in her daycare center I used to stand on a stool to help her prep very nutritious meals for the kids and 14 kids here. Later on I was pretty much the head of the kitchen we had a large garden just wear the nutrition parts come in and cook for the church I'm just very adept at this . I know all sorts of cuisine as I've grown up in Long Beach which is very diverse. I graduated from a culinary program here in Long Beach after 2 years which my grandmother put me through she just wanted to see me have that certification which are very thankful for she did get to eat some of my cooking after I graduated before she passed away but yeah fire knives... How else are you going to eat?
