What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet initially to see what their needs and wants are regarding their suits and dress shirts. Then we will go over their likes and dislikes of fabric patterns. All of our fabrics are on a program that shows them what their particular fabric will look like made as a full suit and shirt. We then will take close to 30 measurements for a suit and 12 measurements for a dress shirt to create that unique pattern. This initial consultation can take from 30-60 minutes.
