What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will meet in person in order to take measurements for custom made clothing or to do a fitting for alterations. If you would like pockets added to your clothing, we can do everything through the mail.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been sewing since I was 9 years old. I have a MFA in Costume Design.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I calculate alteration estimates at an in-person fitting. Before then, I have no way of knowing how long it will take me as it depends on how complicated the alteration is.
