What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We enjoy meeting our customers face to face and listening to them to make sure what they need to be done and how we could better serve them. We hope to convey to them that we are a trustworthy company and have their best interests in mind at all times.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 35 years of experience, tailoring for men, women, & children plus custom-made clothing from minor alterations to major tailoring, replacing missing beads, sequins, and crystals to French re-Weaving’ which is an invisible weaving technique to repair your garments Custom fit bridal gowns, alter suede, hem leather and do any hemming for denim jeans to preserve the original design of the jeans.

The cost of alterations can vary greatly, though, depending on the difficulty of the job. For custom work, restyling, and complicated alterations, each costume is unique and needs to be priced individually.It really depends on the job and how many alterations needed.

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
They should ask about how long it will take to finish the job, or if the semesters have done a similar job. Customers must feel 100% comfortable with the company they choose to work with.
