Yooshi is founded on the idea of creating a unique, VIP experience for every client & to “wow” their guests with an exotic presentation. Our chefs arrive to the event a few hours before the actual start time of the event, set up a sushi bar, and prepare assorted rolls, including sushi/sashimi and hand rolls. While guests enjoy an authentic sushi experience they can interact with the chefs and request Custom rolls. We provide the Everything needed for our presentation.The chefs that we choose are very creative and have a lot fun with it by creating various combinations. Every chef is different and offers a fresh and unique style of sushi making; Therefore, we hate giving our rolls generic names. The best name you can give a roll is “Chef’s Creation Roll”. We abide strictly by kosher guidelines;

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The goal is to bring the clients wishes to reality. We love talking to our potential clients as opposed to email or text, in order to get a feel of what they are really looking for, so we can address any questions or concerns they may have. At the same time, we do understand that not everyone is able to spend time chatting, therefore, we made the booking process and seamless and easy as possible.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
So much heart goes into making sushi...
I had my first shot at managing a sushi restaurant when I took over an empty section of the family restaurant and introduced sushi to my customers. It was a challenge that I will never regret accepting.
It was fun a lot of fun! I had the opportunity to work with some really talented and creative chefs. I quickly learned that It's not just about having fresh fish anymore. Sushi dining has transformed into a culture. A culture built by imagination and creativity.
