What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are welcome for a one on one visit so we are able to discuss the menu of your dreams. We recommend in person meets but are open to phone calls and even zoom calls as well. Whatever process makes you comfortable.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a home grown chef whose been cooking since I was a kid with the best chef ever my mom!
