What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Fisrt we schedule for a consultation to get an idea of what they would like. A drawing deposit is left and I take a couple of days to draw up a custom piece. Then I communicate with the client once it is ready. We set a date to start the process.

For Larger pieces are set at an hourly rate of $150 an hour.
