Hello my name is Beatriz, I am a bilingual, inclusive officiant. I have officiated over 60 ceremonies since my start in 2019. I specialize in writing love stories but offer different packages to fit the different needs of every couple. I believe in providing clients with clear and honest information so they can make the best informed decision regarding their big day.

I offer free, no obligation consultations and guarantee clear, consistent and open communication through the entire process from planning to submitting your marriage license to the issuing clerk's office.

Basic Package is $350 dollars plus travel, signed contract and 20% non-refundable retainer fee required for all bookings. 25 complimentary miles, additional $1.25 per mile plus any bridges or toll fees

It was a pleasure to have Beatriz officiate my wedding ceremony. We got married at The Grandview in East San José, and she was able to make the process as easy as possible considering the location is a private restaurant.

Her excellent communication and attention to detail go above and beyond to really capture the essence of unity and more importantly create our moment of marriage as one to remember. Especially since I had a short timeframe to marry my fiancé.

Beatriz advised me from the beginning of where to get the correct documentation from my county to bring to my civil ceremony and we worked together to make sure my new marriage name and pronouns were correct, and ensure the most important details of our 10-year long relationship with my husband were highlighted. We met 3 times to make sure the location, our sand ceremony, and Spanish ceremony was a fit for both of us. She asked us how long we wanted our ceremony to be, that my parents were able to hear our ceremony in Spanish, and that my husbands family was able to be on FaceTime to capture our union.

She provided many ideas to consider when it came to capturing our marriage symbolically and organize the entrance of our family meeting.

I’m a humorous person, and Beatriz captured our vibe perfectly.
