I have been a professional chef for over 15 years and it has been my cooking hobby since high school. I almost always cook both traditional dishes and new and unique recipes. I specialized in Armenian, Georgian, Italian, Mediterranean cuisines. I love to prepare main dishes, desserts and appetizers. I focused on mostly organic and low-calorie foods, combining rich flavors with health benefits. All ingredients in my recipes must be organic. For low-temperature cooking, I use only special kitchen equipment and vacuum technology, preserving all the vitamins. I also create new flavors, sauces, and dishes.
