I have been a cook and chef professionally for over 20 years, however have been a passionate cook since the age of 8.
I love to craft menus inspired by local, seasonal produce, with twists of international flare from travels and musings of all kinds.
My specialty is creating lovely rustic yet refined dinner party experiences.
I also have extensive experience working with clients with special dietary requirements.
I love to teach and talk about food and what makes it good. I want to support people in their path with healing and food, and help them find their own inspiration.
