About
My name is Sara and I am born and raise in the northern of Chile” Antofagasta”. Since I was a little girl I loved going to the fish market with my mother and enjoyed helping in the kitchen as much as I could. I have a passion for fish and seafood but I am also a meat lover. I have been catering for about 5 years .My favorite Cuisine is Peruvian food. I had the great opportunity to learn Peruvian Cooking at the prestigious “Le cordón Bleu” in Lima Perú for 6 weeks.
I also graduated from the Culinary Arts at Saddleback College. I have experience catering a buffet Style for up to 80 people and also intimate dinners for 10. I have worked in the hotel industry as well. I did my internship at the Ritz Carlton in Dana Point and I have worked few season at the Kimpton Armory in Bozeman Montana which is a great opportunity to learn new types of foods and cuisines.
I got into cooking cause I love to cook and eat good food and share it.
