About
Blame On Me is all about relationships. We help build healthy, life-giving, encouraging, and uplifting relationships. A major part of what we do is help mend broken ties, restore connections, and rebuild trust. Sometime a simple "I am sorry!" and "Can we talk again over coffee?" is all it takes!
I get to meet with different people and I enjoy learning about their life journeys and the lessons learned. My life is richer because of all the friends I've made over the years!

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would take an initial phone call to discuss the project and my clients would need. We would follow up with a face-to-face meeting to discuss more details and to finalize our agreement to work together.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a B.A. in Ministerial Studies from Christian Life College in Mt. Prospect, IL. Graduated in May of 2005. I also have a Master's Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Walden University in Minneapolis, MN. Graduate in May of 2018.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
No standard pricing system, I am more concerned to serve the needs of my customers! My "shop rate" is $75 per hour but we can discuss and find the best solution for everyone. If I have to travel more than 50 miles round trip, I will ask for a $25 travel charge to offset travel expenses for traveling between 50 and 100 miles round trip. Travel charge will be $50 for having to drive 100-200 miles.
How did you get started in this business?
I've always been a people's person. Always like watching people at bus stop, stores, airports, at busy intersections. I am fascinated with the beauty of God's creation and the creativity the Creator has put into each of us. BlameOnMe exists to helpr build and restore relationships but more than that it is about celebrating all the good that there is in the beautiful relationships and friendships among my fellow human beings. The idea for BlameOnMe came about several years ago when I faced a challenging work situation and I responded spontaneously, "That's fine, just blame me for that!" BlameOnMe was born out of my desire to help people overcome setbacks, restore trust, and rebuild relationships by taking the first step and saying, "I'm sorry!" and "Can we talk again?"
What types of customers have you worked with?
Only happy customers!
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Celebrating my wife's recent birthday with close friends of ours at their small family farm! After cooking dinner for everyone, I got to watch a group of giggling girls surround my wife, throw confetti at her, and pamper her with an improvised, home-made, foot bath with and foot massage! I can still hear them giggle and laugh with excitement!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Hire someone you like, someone you trust, and someone you would feel OK leaving your home keys to them to house-sit or pet-sit for you. You may hire the best pro in the world but they might be the biggest jerks ever! Don't ruin your event or project by hiring someone you can't stand, let alone you don't even like.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Think through the exact time and time committment that you will be asking the pro to make. It helps us know when do you want us to arrive and when can we leave. This is important factor for both planning our time but also for providing you with the best and most fair pricing for our service(s).
