I’m a dedicated and driven chef with over eight years of experience, four years professionally of hands-on culinary experience across a wide range of kitchen environments. I graduated from Johnson & Wales University, where I built a strong foundation in classical culinary techniques, menu development, food safety, and kitchen management. My training there gave me the tools to thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced kitchens—and the confidence to explore my own culinary voice.
Over the years, I’ve worked in diverse establishments including upscale country clubs, classic American diners, high-volume sports bars, upscale hotels, and refined steakhouses. These varied settings have shaped my ability to adapt quickly, lead with professionalism, and create consistently high-quality dishes no matter the concept or clientele.
I take pride in my attention to detail, strong work ethic, and commitment to learning and evolving as a chef. Whether it's butchering a perfect ribeye, plating an elegant special, or pushing through a dinner rush on the line, I’m fully engaged in the craft. My goal is to create food that not only tastes great but also brings people together and leaves a lasting impression.
