What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we meet in person. The client will fill out food questionnaire for me to customize their menu. We will set up the time for me to start cooking. On the day of the cooking time. I will purchase the groceries and prepare the food in client house. I will package the food and place the instructions on how to reheat the food.

Personal chef training from Culinary Business Academy and apprenticeship from American Culinary Federation
