I am a Wedding Officiant and Master of Ceremonies with over 25 years of experience under my belt, comprising over 250 Wedding Ceremonies and Wedding Receptions combined. I pride myself on my ability to craft unforgettable weddings and keep events flowing smoothly. But what truly sets me apart is the wealth of knowledge I’ve gained from my own marriage of 39 years. My union with my incredible wife Geraldine has taught me invaluable lessons about love, patience, and what it takes to nurture a lasting partnership. It is this personal experience that fuels my passion for helping couples embark on their own journey of lifelong love and commitment.

Webster officiated our in December of 2023. From the very beginning, Webster was professional, responsive and kind. From our first video call, we knew that Webster would be a good fit. He did an amazing job officiating our ceremony, it felt like he was someone who has known us for much longer than he did. I had many guests ask me throughout the night if he was someone from my childhood! Guests were raving about the ceremony. Webster did a great job making us feel comfortable and making the ceremony meaningful while also light and fun. I couldn’t recommend him more. Webster is meant to do this. Thank you so much Webster! Webster G Thomas was the MC for our wedding in September 2019 and the experience was wonderful. From start to finish, he kept order and managed the flow of our reception seamlessly.

Webster has a natural talent for engaging the audience and his warm and welcoming demeanor immediately put the guests at ease. Incorporating bride and groom games was a surprise that was both fun and entertaining for us and our guests while well-timed icebreakers helped to break down barriers between the guests and encourage mingling which was lovely to see.

His excellent organisational skills ensured there were no awkward pauses or confusion due to his well-thought-out plan for our day. Yet he remained flexible enough to handle the unexpected changes with grace and humour.

I had the pleasure of connecting with Webster Thomas several months before my wedding day. I was looking for an officiant who could guide my fiancé and me on how to approach our ceremony to make it our own and share spiritual wisdom along the way. Websters passion for this sacramental profession, attention to detail, enthusiasm, creativity, and patience set him apart from many others we looked into for the role. Webster made it so that my fiancé and I had enough time to meet and share our love story with him.

A few weeks before our wedding day, Webster also agreed to step in at the last minute to be our Emcee when ours could not attend. Our wedding ceremony didnt go without a hitch, as something is bound to happen with many events. In our case, a portion of our family was absent due to a highway accident. Webster was our right hand and made it so that our guests in attendance received updates and infused calm excitement while we worked on the situation behind the scenes.

During our pre-wedding meetings with Webster, we also wanted to include our beloved four-legged companion as our ring bearer. He was not only charmed by the idea but also shared suggestions on how he could enter to make the moment memorable for our guests. With practice, even after the long wait, our dog performed well when it came time for the presentation of rings.

Websters organization of the ceremony was beautiful. He infused a balance of holy scriptures, prayers, and humor that made the moment truly special for our guests, religious or not. We are beyond grateful to Webster for taking great care of us and making our ceremony memorable. So many of our guests raved about Webster after the ceremony and months later.

The party set off after wed had a moment to giggle with loved ones and stand in for portraits. Webster prepared, as always, transformed himself from Officiant to Emcee as suave as ever. He was our AD, keeping us on time with all the party points we wanted to tap into and surprising us with fun activities that brought our guests together in unique ways we couldnt have planned without him. He also guided us on what to expect when signing our legal documents and submitting them to the city.

We highly recommend Webster Thomas. He did a wonderful job as Officiant an Master of Ceremony for our wedding last summer. Webster provided a perfect balance of humor and insight into the sacrament of marriage.
