I’m Chef Stephane Saint Pierre, a professionally trained Culinary Artist and Certified Professional Manager in Safe Food Handling. I offer my clients professional, personal, and gourmet culinary services tailored to their unique needs and preferences.

While I can prepare any meal you desire, my specialties include Southern Italian, Southern Floridian, Haitian, Jamaican, and Latin Caribbean cuisine. I am also trained in the St. Mary Special Diet System, which includes Regular, Mechanical, Mechanical Ground, and Mechanical Soft diets — ensuring that dietary and nutritional goals are always met without sacrificing flavor.
