I started The Dessert Bar by TBLI to honor the women who taught me that love lives in the details. Their Southern recipes were my foundation, but my vision was to elevate them into a luxury, modern dessert experience.

When they were no longer physically here, their lessons still lived in my hands. The Dessert Bar became my way of keeping their legacy alive.

But it’s bigger than memory. I built this to create generational wealth, show my children what ownership looks like, and transform comfort food into refined artistry.
