About
I have been in the culinary industry for
over 16 years. I was trained in traditional
French cuisine, which started in high school. Since then, I've transitioned to becoming a Sushi Chef(7years) at one of the top resorts, Cheeca Lodge & Spa, in the Florida Keys. I love changing someone's perspective with my flavor combinations, mix of techniques and the overall delivery of my dishes. I am currently branching out into the Private Chef world.
