Our repertoire of flexible services are comprehensive, meaning we can handle every event detail–from food, florals, beverage service and entertainment to tables, chairs, special décor themes and valet parking. You simply choose any or all that meet your needs and budget and then relax as we see to every event detail.

Wedding receptions for hundreds, a family reunion for a dozen, anniversaries, birthdays, fundraisers and holiday parties. Each begins with a call to the Halyard Restaurant Group Event Coordinator. With your inputs and preferences, we will first develop a customized Event Proposal that will clearly show you all detailed plans and itemized costs so that every financial aspect of your event is anticipated and understood.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We believe the best process with a new customer is speaking or meeting with them to learn what their vison is for the event, and style. There are so many differnt style events from formal or casual cocktial parties, private chef/server events for small groups, to large corporate or wedding events that are casual buffet or formal plated.

Once we get an idea of the event, we will work up an event proposal for the customer to review. From there, we communicate and make revisions until its perfect and exactly what they envisioned. 

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

No 2 events are the same, so we dont believe in a standard pricing system. Each event requires different needs from menu, staffing, decor, tents & lighting, etc..

What types of customers have you worked with?

Our customers range from families staying on Sea Island & St. Simons Island for vacation, to local weddings, all the way to corporate clients like Gulfstream, Nike, UPS, USGA, Professional Golfers, and many more. We have traveled to Augusta for the Masters, to California, and all the way to Northern Ireland for our Clients.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

The best advice we would offer is, Don't Settle. This is your event whether it be a company retreat to your wedding. Make it special and exactly what you want it to be.
