What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I studied at the culinary Institute of America, in New York. I have been a professional chef for 23 years, 20 of which were spent in professional restaurants. I have also owned and operated my own restaurant in Champagne, France.

The cost of goods is directly billed to the client, and my time which includes Shopping, preparation, service, and clean up is billed at $40 an hour.

How did you get started in this business?

one client asked me to cook for their birthday at home 2 years ago, then one of their friends called to do the same.
