I am a brain cancer survivor who was brought back to my first love, creating food, during my recovery. My doctor wanted me to find something that made me happy and kept me busy, so I founded a customizable food experience company. While these might not be the healthiest food prescribed by a doctor, they are Just What My Doctor Ordered. *a portion of our profits go towards cancer research*

I love making people smile and when people eat my food, they always smile. I am very lucky to be here right now so I love knowing that I am spending my time on what I love to do and working towards making a difference. A portion of our profits go towards cancer research and I really hope we can find a cure soon.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After getting an initial idea of what type of event the client would like the food for, I have a conversation about their likes and dislikes then come up with a couple ideas about design and flavors that will make your meal perfectly customized for your day.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My Baba, my grandmother, has been my teacher and guidance since I was three. She taught me most of what I know.

What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked birthdays, small weddings, bachelorette parties, holidays, brunches, special event dinners. I have provided customized food for a lot of different kinds of events but here are a few.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I recently did a family reunion for a past customer that had hired us as a Christmas present for his mom. It was great seeing the couple we had previously cooked for as well as their whole family! We cooked for 24 people and three generations loved our food 😊
