About

We are the BUSINESS-Savvy Wedding Planners, We are also professionally trained in Event and Wedding DESIGN and have the experience to make your dream wedding come true.

Most planners will ask "How much is your wedding budget or how much do we have to SPEND?!"

Based on my 30-year business background running multi-million dollar companies AFTER being an ARMY Sergeant serving 2 combat tours, I want to know...

What is the INVESTMENT we will be MANAGING on your behalf?

My team and I will:

- source the best venues and vendors on your behalf,

- ensure you have exactly what you need, (no extra ice sculptures "just because they were part of the package"),

- ensure there are no surprise expenses at the last minute because amateurs missed something along the way.

- keep track of the budget and all expenses,

- review and negotiate all of your quotes and contracts, and

- even create your entire design plan to ensure YOUR wedding is the one everyone REMEMBERS for years to come!

COMMUNICATING WITH, LEARNING FROM, and MAKING OUR CLIENTS HAPPY (yes, really).

As you get older, like me, it makes you feel like you have a real purpose in life....(yes, really)

1. Unlimited COMMUNICATION

2. WHAT DO YOU LOVE? - We always ask our clients WHAT they enjoy about working with us and while I would love nothing more than to hear them say how smart I am or how witty and so on, they say stuff like "unlimited communications" or are always there for them, or we get things done or we make them feel like they are our only clients. (which is funny because I think I was just yelling at my best friend about how I feel I'm never there for my family or ever get anything done at home and how they can never reach me lol... I'm kidding)

3. TO TELL THE TRUTH - NO MATTER WHAT. Every single time a client books their update meeting with us, it has several questions on there. Two of them are A. what are we doing right so we can do more of it? and B. Even if you aren't bothered by it, what do you see we can do better, so we can always grow and/or make a plan to get better for clients just like you. (and please don't put n/a because we really DO want to know)

    Frequently asked questions

We have a (no cost) Consultation we can hear all about your vision and what you need. It's a great way for you to decide if we are a fit and how we can serve you the best!

I then give the client a Welcome Package which includes a LOT of goodies including a budget builder, tips on putting on your event within a budget, I create a theme/mood board and draw out what you really want. I also work as a mediator on occasion within family members to help solve challenges and differences. I'm a great neutral source for that. I'm available through email, text, and calls during our time working together so you have unlimited access to me or my team.

Finally, I get to work on creating the beautiful amazing day of your life!

We have put together the most popular packages for what most people need. However, we discover your truest needs during our consultation and we can either deduct or add to the package depending on what works best for you and for your budget.

Our prices are very affordable and we have 2 offices nationally. We have different packages from a VIP Consulting Day (where we plan out your event vision, budget, theme and more!), Day-of-coordination (when you have planned everything else out and want to relax and enjoy your event), or partial planning and full planning from start to finish. Either way, I manage the process and the vendors and you have access to my expertise. Prices fluctuate depending on the package, and your location.

After being a Business Coach and putting on events for business clients, speakers, and trainers, we worked a few weddings and fell in love with the connection we made with our brides and clients.  It's such a personal and emotional bonding experience that I finally realized I was fulfilling my passion and purpose.  It's a TRUE HONOR when chosen to be a part of someone's amazing journey.

Clients who need or want to do online events such as webinars, fundraisers, book launches, art auctions, conferences, boot camps, workshops, team building seminars, other seminars, fundraisers, training courses, corporate or company meetings, executive retreats, wellness retreats, networking events, business boot camps, sales events, expos, weddings, parties, memorial services/funerals, baby shower, engagement party, speaking events, and I teach clients how to put their talks/presentations together that convert.

I love when I can negotiate contracts to save a bride the money that provides for her to have other things that she really wants and loves.

While we are affordable, I recommend that you don't hire a provider based on price. You should always have a call / consultation with them to see if there is a personality fit and what they offer for that price could be much different than what someone else would offer for that price even though a package might have the same name, it could offer something very different. Ask questions! Ask whatever you want. Nothing should be off the table for the event planner (except private personal information about their clients). Many planners are part-time hobbyists, While that's fine, you should know this and what their availability is to be available for you. Ask lots of questions until you have a total comfort level. They will be your best friends and confidantes during this entire process.

    01. WHY DO I NEED AN EVENT PLANNER? A planner can eliminate work and stress for you while facilitating the success of your event. 02. HOW MUCH WILL HIRING AN EVENT PLANNER COST AND WHAT IS INCLUDED? Planners will charge just for their services or it can be all-inclusive. Though the range of services offered by a planner varies significantly, high-end planners usually charge a flat fee—say, $40,000 plus $10,000 per hour of event. That fee should be the only check you write, covering everything from the venue and catering, to florists, entertainment, invitations, security, rehearsal dinners, day-after brunch, and so on. New York planner David Stark says percentage fees give planners an incentive to spend more of your money. “Flat fees are transparent, and you never have to question if what they’re recommending is something they’re making money from,” he says. 03. HOW EARLY DO I NEED TO START PLANNING THE EVENT? Anywhere from three months to two years before. “The most important thing is the venue,” says planner Marcy Blum of New York. “Anything is doable once you have the space.” Allow guests up to six months to plan their schedules, more if the event involves long-distance travel. 04. WHAT KINDS OF EVENTS HAVE YOU PREVIOUSLY PLANNED? Scrutinize planners’ websites and portfolios to get a feel for the style and type of event they typically plan. “Ask them exactly what they did,” says Blum. You should know if it was the planner who picked the place settings or designed the flower arrangements and what his creative process was. Then, ask for references. 05. IS THERE A GOOD RAPPORT? Your event planner is someone you should not only trust but also feel comfortable with—you’ll be spending a lot of time with him or her. Try getting together at least twice to discuss your event before making any commitment. 06. WILL YOU ATTEND MY EVENT? For what you’ll be paying, you should not only expect your planner—as opposed to subordinates—to be present but also to receive his or her undivided attention on your big day. 07. WHAT IS IT ABOUT EVENTS THAT YOU LIKE? A good planner isn’t throwing a party based on her tastes, but on yours. So if your planner tells you that ever since she was a little girl, she dreamt about weddings, she might not be the world’s best listener. “Plan the client’s party, not what you want,” Manhattan planner Preston Bailey tells colleagues. 08. WILL I BE DEALING WITH YOU OR WITH YOUR ASSISTANTS? Accessibility is key—within reason. Eight months before the event, don’t expect the planner to be calling you back within five minutes. But as the date approaches, you should be able to get your planner on the phone, or by email, faster and faster—until the moment when there’s no call more important than yours. 09. CAN YOU EXPLAIN EVERYTHING IN VENDORS’ CONTRACTS? Venues and vendors hide added charges in the fine print. Your planner should be able to identify and eliminate these add-ons. 10. WHEN THINGS GO WRONG, WHAT DO YOU DO TO SOLVE THEM? Planners should always have backup plans for inclement weather, flower crises, seating arrangements snafus and other mini-crises
