What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once connected with I couple I communicate via phone, Facetime, or Zoom. It is during the period, that I get an idea of their vision, date of the event, and anything special that will be reflected in the ceremony. The couple is emailed an info email and a link to a very deep questionnaire that ensures that they will have their special moment. Once I have received the completed questionnaire and review it, I set up an in person meeting if they live local or over the net to review the questionnaire, address any concerns, and confirm the big day date....We are all about top client service.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Dr. Gaines is a career driven individual who has spent the past 30 years of his career helping people and organizations reach their fullest potential. He is a professionally trained educator, writer, consultant, motivational speaker, and life coach. Spencer holds an earned double Doctorate from the Fischler School of Education and Human Services in the fields of organizational leadership and in special education, Bachelors of Science Degree in Legal Studies from Nova Southeastern University with an emphasis on Regulatory Affairs, and a Master’s of Science Degree from the School of Humanities and Social Science in Conflict Resolution with dual specializations in Organizational Conflict Resolution and Culture and Diversity.
For my couples there is a great l;evel of appreciation because the support that I give my couples leading up to the big day helps to bring the nerves down and the happy excitement up. As importantly, I have been a professional writer for over 30 years and our ceremonies "Tell Your Love Store."

Rates are as follows:
Monday-Thursday Home or indoor ceremony is $195.00 ($225.00 for Georgia and St. Austine clients), Saturday-Sunday-Holidays $225.00 - $295.00 call or email for quote
