Owner is a working chef/pastry chef with 40 years of experience since graduating from The Culinary Institute of America. He has been Executive Pastry Chef at such resorts as Grand Hotel on Macinac Island Michigan, The Ritz-Carlton Naples, FL and Atlantis in Nassau, Bahamas.
Since I was old enough to understand the pleasure that eating something delicious could bring, I developed an interest in learning how to make such delicacies myself. Since my early teens I have spent most of my days in the kitchen. It is truly my passion and I take great pride in seeing the delight on customers faces as they admire the food I have created.
