Hello everyone,

My name is Chef Lamai Devald . I grew up in Thailand where delicious unique and flavorful food is most popular and definitely world renowned. As a child I learned authentic Thai cuisine by watching my parents and my siblings create wonderful family meals each day.

We had special celebrations on holidays and other event in my home town.

I married an Israeli man and we spent 13 years in Israel . While there I encountered the same family meal preparation and learned it well. This is a very different type of food, though in its own way, equally delicious.

Now I’ve spent 21 years in the USA learning the ways of food preparation in this wonderful country.

This variety of food preparation experience over my lifetime has given me many great skills in preparing food.

I’m constantly studying new cooking techniques and preparation ideas.

I want to share this cooking with others to allow them to experience the celebrated food of authentic, countryside Thai cuisine.

My vast diverse culinary knowledge and experience has given me skills of culinary fusion that allows me to create mouth watering dishes.

I also love to serve and socials with those who enjoy my food. I find that often the guests love to meet the cook who just prepared the amazing dinner they are enjoying.
