I offer homemade, nutritious meals, lovingly prepared with local, organic ingredients delivered directly to your door on a weekly or biweekly basis. I am also available for in-home cooking lessons, a girl's night in or any special occasion.
I love being able to provide uniquely customized menus for private clients. My goal is to bring each customer tasty food that utilizes the best of what the seasons have to offer and source only the best ingredients from local vendors and farms.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An email or phone call is the first step in getting you what you need. I also have a customer wuestionnaire for my private chef clients.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a culinary school graduate and I have been a professional chef for over 20 years. I have experience with many aspects of the food business including catering and private chef services. I have caterd events for up to 200 people whicg includes weddings. I have also catered for video shoots and on movie sets.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I have a standard rate for meal delivery services. Prices start at $175 for a 3 day a week plan and $225 for a 5 day plan. Plan includes a soup or salad, entrees, starches, veggies and a weekly dessert. Food costs are a seperate charge.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worled with many different types of customers including muscians, news achors, high net worthy individuals and families.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I was priviledged to cater a multi day video shoot for the group Bon Jovi.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Have a good idea of what you want and what your budget is. Be realistic in your expectations. Give as many details as possible to the chef/caterer. Be respectful of the chef's expertise and experience as to thier fees.
