About
As an ordained pastor I have been officiating weddings on the sun coast of Florida for 18 years. I am currently a preferred vendor at the Bellwether Beach Resort, Beachcomber Resort and also listed with Tradewinds Grand, all on St Pete Beach. Other wedding venues include Hotel Zamora, The , Rumfish Grill, Bilmar, Post Card Inn and Sirata Hotels on St Pete Beach, the Sheraton and Hilton Hotels on Clearwater Beach, The Vinoy Renaissance, Museum of Fine Arts and The Dali Museum in St. Petersburg. I have done many ceremonies in and around Tampa and numerous informal backyard , dockside and aboard yacht weddings from Spring Hill to Cape Coral, Florida as well.
My clients find that I am an easy going person who enjoys working with them to craft a ceremony that has their fingerprints on it and suits their style.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process usually starts with either a phone call or an email. If the couple is local I will meet with them and if it is a destination wedding we coordinate the process digitally
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m an ordained non denominational pastor of 38 years
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Standard local price is $275.00 If a rehearsal is required add an additional $50. Since every couple has differing desires and requests that price becomes flexible either way.
How did you get started in this business?
In 2009 a highly respected officiant in my local area had need of a back up. I have been marrying people in my church so he approached me. It was a high end wedding at a 5 star hotel on the beach; the bride, groom, family and hotel event staff were exceptionally pleased with my services. I was off and running!
What types of customers have you worked with?
I’ve served couples from all walks of life.
I’ve served military personnel and police officers, blue collar and white collar, step families and of course young first time newly weds. I still get Christmas cards from a number of my couples!
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
A stand out memory was marrying off the brother in law of the famous country music artist...Crystal Gale. She sang at the wedding! It was doubly memorable because I didn’t know who the singer was until after the wedding!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Look for someone who pays attention to details. Someone who doesn’t try to squeeze you into a box. Someone who will help you express your personality and spirit in the ceremony.
