What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our guests may complete a contact form on our website, social media etc. we reach out with in minutes. They may also call us directly. Ask about how they would like their event, food etc. will it be catered or delivery only ( no set up )
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have Culinary Arts Certification, Hospitality Management Degree, National Servsafe manager & instructor/ Proctor Certified. I have over ten years in the food industry, & have been cooking since grade school. I have a passion to prepare flavorful dishes and sauces.I have catered parties between 10-1000. I have ten plus years in catering to specialty events, small gatherings and weddings.

For a private chef service : $150 plus meals
For a Catered event ( delivery only) : price per dish (off menu)
For Catered Event w/ set up and serving : $ 200 base pay (deposit required) menu pricing is open to client budgeting needs.
Al a Carte : price per menu item & $20 per person
How did you get started in this business?
When I was in H.S, my family and their friends, would have gatherings and ask me help with the food, their guests became in love with my food and began asking me to cater their events. I graduated from Culinary arts school and started my own catering business.
