I was taught the love for cooking growing up in New Orleans. I have cooked from Florida through numerous states making it to California. I ham a well seasoned Chef of over 25 yrs plus, from restaurants to oil rigs to Gold mining camps feeding 1200 people day. I am currently Head Chef on the river on a tow boat. When I am home on my off days I would love to bring the warmth of my cooking to any family that loves great food
