I literally love what I do. Meeting and interacting with people from all walks of life while also providing needed services is a special joy. Using my skills and creative abilities is amazing and never gets old. There is a direct and documented correlation between our clothes and our emotions. It is fascinating to bring joy and build confidence in my clients.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We generally speak by phone initially where the customers shares their need with me and I explain or advise whether or not I can meet that need within the desired time frame. Then we discuss convenient dates and times for initial meeting. I answer any questions they might have about payment or scheduling.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors of Science in fashion merchandising with a minor in marketing from Middle Tennessee State University I have been sewing since the age of 13. I have been tailoring,styling and shopping for people, friends family and others since College. Most recently as of 2014 I received continuing education certification from Clayton State University in digital media and have worked on 12 independent film projects where I was wardrobe lead on each project . My responsibilities included construction, aging , altering, and or resourcing of garments.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I do have a standard price list for alterations as most of them are repetitive. Services however for custom jobs require a quote which is created for the customer once I have a clear understanding of the desired garment. Pricing is then based upon the simplicity or complexity of the project and the goods to be used.
