What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

With all new clients we do a phone consultation to discuss all aspects of the event, pricing, website information, and menu options.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have been in the food and beverage industry for 10 years, and of those years atleast 5 years of bartending experience.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

So my pricing is based on a minimum of 3 hours for our bartender services. I don't charge by the hour, and it is a flat rate fee to add an additional 2 or 4 hours to an event. As for the party packages those are based off an hour set-up, and just delivery. We offer so many varieties of packages and services.

How did you get started in this business?

My business got started based off my love for chemistry,and creating new things. I started my company in Mississippi originally on may 25,2021.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with all types of clients, and party sizes. Nothing is too much for me.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

I did my first out of state wedding. We shipped 25 Gallons to her for her wedding day, and it was the best experience ever.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Look for quality and service for example: I do not charge per hour I have flat rate fees so this makes it easier for clients to plan for their event cost efficiently.

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

You should be covering all basis, wants and needs that you acquire for your event. Make sure that the person you are booking with meets every one of those requirements before signing on the dotted line.
