Growing up in North Carolina, I was raised on "Southern Hospitality" and "Phenomenl Food". Born into a line of cooks, I always had that burning passion to do more. My grandmother who was the # 1 person to inspire, taught me 1st hand you had to cook from the heart. Now that I'm an adult, I truly understand what that statement means.I thrive off "Excellent Service" "Beautiful Presentations" and even better "FOOD" for every client.Who doesn't love quality fresh ingredients and a Chef who understands you are too busy for cooking, cleaning,grocery shopping and entertaining?Large or small, I do it all!
