I do catering and personal chef work. I have been in the kitchen for eleven years and counting. I also have a diploma from auguste Escoffier, one in baking and pastry arts and the other in culinary arts and operations. I am studying hospitality management at the university with of the Potomac where I will be getting a bachelors next May.
