We are a Four Diamond AAA award winning restaurant that caters under the brand Signature Events by Jamie Keating Culinary. Jamie Keating was just named Georgia Trend's 2020 Notable Georgian.
We love the experience that food presents. Our guests become our friends and it is our passion to make any catering or dining experience a memory. Our passion is to create food that comforts and resonates with the theme of the event. Failure is not an option and our tenacity keeps us thinking of new ways to develop dishes, courses, etc.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We get as much information about the client, the event and we schedule a meeting to discuss details, etc. Once we have the info we need, we will email a proposal for reveiw.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Associates degree in Culinary Arts. Studied in France. A member of the United States Culinary Olympic Team in 2004 and 2008, winning GOLD. Own and operate a four diamond AAA restaurant in Columbus Georgia and a Catering Company. Have catered for up to 3000 guests in one seating. Attend annual conferences to learn about new techniques, etc.
