Good day! I'm Chef Skai. I currently work as an Executive Plant Based Chef at Emory University. I've been cooking primarily lifestyle cuisines for the last 25 years focusing on Vegan, Raw Vegan, Ketogenic, Alkaline, Pescatarian and Paleo. I've also hosted clients on wellness retreats in the Caribbean and various programs such as coconut water detox, raw food cleanses and water fasts.
