I am also an Insightful Psychotherapist with 21+ years of employment in counseling settings, and prior history in Mental Health. I am Proficient in applying Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to promote clients' growth and change, facilitating individual and group therapy with a focus on meeting client goals.
