Interview with a "breaking bread" session or a via a ZOOM or phone call.  Hearing a person's "voice" is a great way tpo sense their inner calm and strength in a conversation.  It also allows  for vunerability in a person to open up  and to hear back in a conversation.

I have worked in service related business and community opps for over 35 years and 20 traced to work here in Atlanta GA and abroad. 

I;ve served as Director, Learning & Organizational Project Manager Community Outreach Coordinator @Strategic Properties Inc. various underserved, apt communities i.e, (Fairways Gardens, Shamrock Gardens, Central Park & Royal Oaks Apts.)

Accomplishments - Experience

·        8-years in Community Redevelopment, and Community Outreach serving residents living in underserved and financially challenged inner city apt. communities.  Managing community engagement events while working alongside Apt. Management staff. Assisting residents by establishing an onsite Health2Wealth Center in partnership with business, employment and health care professional who provides services of Health and wellness, personal visits, needs assessments, conversations and follow up to help support and sustain their lives.  Creates community driven marketing newsletters, flyers, web media outlets to promote events, socials, programs and promote business partnerships.  Establish Eco-TECH computer lab onsite providing residents and their families access to the World Wide Web, computer literacy, social media access and employment opportunities.

·         15 years in the strategic planning and formation of partnerships with Green industries and businesses forming an eclectic Eco-Alliance network supporting our emerging industry of Green Construction, Education, Alternative Water/Energy, Agriculture and Transportation.

• Development, oversight and creator of the GreenSHADES Eco-Village and Energy Park model. Securing over 752-acre @ 25million dollars. This unique prototype Green community incorporated urban sustainability with eco-friendly building designs, construction materials, architecture, emerging Green energies and technologies along with a diverse array of business products and services.

• 18 years’ development and implementation of educational programming, TV/Radio events providing art therapy, computer training/certifications, Green career/ job opportunities and Eco-Internships for America’s underserved and disadvantaged youth living within urban apt. communities.

• 15 years training in Electronic Waste Management Industry by industry pioneers, 5R Processors LTD, implemented local and citywide environmental awareness waste collection events, summer STEM internships for high school students and youth in other educational facilities.

• 8 years as Creator and Founder of the highly successful environmental awareness campaigns, “Going The Green Mile” in 2010 and “Get Your Hand Green” in 2011, Go Green Now (2013) and ZERO Waste By 2020 events supporting the Governor Perdue’s GREEN START 2008 statewide initiative and ZERO Waste by 2020 Initiative adopted in 44 states authored by Senator Donzella James in 1995

·         9 years in drafting environmental legislation and resolutions with the Office of Senator Donzella James, that were passed in the Georgia House recognizing and commending Georgia Legislators in their efforts to create a Greener, more sustainable Georgia meriting nine Phoenix Awards from Atlanta Mayor Kasim Reed and a City Council Resolution with signatures from the entire Atlanta City Council. 

·         6 years of advocating for Human Trafficking Awareness, education and grassroots marketing and distribution of HB 141poster throughout GA; Served as World Chamber of Commerce Environmental Chair and supported its local and global voice to victims and survivors

• 4 years of Property and Office Management for Urban Suburban - Atlantic Executive Center, an 85,000 sq. ft. -7.2-million-dollar business center maintaining a 94% occupancy.
