I have been in the food industry my whole life and turning 52 soon.I love to be creative and have others experience foods from all around the world.I can pair any cocktail and within my background I have worked at the Phoenician in Scottsdale to Managing fine dining restaurants like Carluccis or Rush on Tavern etc,etc...I am experienced in mixology and have traveled the world to bringing almost every culture to a unique dining experience. I love to create comfort food on the go or for anyone needing help in the kitchen..I can create dishes from Italian,Indian,Greek,Thai Japanese and down to the basic comfort foods including Pot Roasts,Roast beef and Yorsbire pudding ,Chicken and dumplings and any soup you desire. I want to bring smiles to people's faces and have been catering private events and dinner parties.. You tell me what you like, and I will create almost any dish and compliment it with a bourban,wine, or any creative alcoholic or non alcoholic drink.. You can't cook or have the time to prepare,allow me to do it for you...
