I started cooking at the age of 10 years old, and after working several jobs throughout my teenage years, I decided I wanted to go to culinary art school to learn the fundamentals of cooking. Shortly thereafter, I met Darius Williams, who made a name for himself on the Food Network. He gave me the opportunity to work with him. I gained the experience of traveling to cook while hosting dinner parties for 25 guest, serving seven course meals. It wasn’t long before I
received a call from former NBA Bulls player, Jimmy Butler, who requested me as full-time private chef.
