Want to impress a date with a 2 person intimate dinner please allow me to be your personal assistant... Need flowers ( I got you), balloons (I got you)... Just sit back and relax.
Need cooking lessons or would like to have a cooking event, I can handle that as well. All you have to is yourself and your guest. I aim to please to make sure your event is a success!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I will contact my customer. I will ask the following questions:
- Date and time of the event
- How many people will you be expecting
- Are there any food allergies
- Will this be a special occasion
- Do you have a color scheme you would like to use
- Do you have a budget you would like to stick to and if so what is it
-Will you require any extra services
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an degree from Le'Cordon Bleu where I graduated #4 on the Dean's list
I owned a catering business for 7 years
I have worked for the Department of corrections for 2 years, where I ran 5 kitchens feeding over 3,000 offenders 3 meals a day everyday

How did you get started in this business?
After cooking for such big amounts of people I began to long for wanting a more intimate setting

Working on the set of Jamaica T. Jones. This was my 1st Hollywood event and it was my learning lesson of how to properly cater to the masses
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
1. Communicate! Please make sure that your chef understands all of your requests.
2. Sign a contract, this covers both you and your chef in the event that there is a miscommunication
