I've been on a mission to veganize dishes that many thought they could never have again living a plant based lifestyle. So far I've been very successful. Receiving great reviews from vegans and those who still eat meat.
To me cooking is a form of meditation and I put my emotions and passion into my food. It gives me great joy when my customers are able to feel the passion in each meal I make.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would need at least a weeks notice for all private dining. A 5-10 minute conversation is all that is needed to understand what is that you are specifically looking for when it comes to vegan cuisine. Once a menu has been planned and fee has been agreed, I would need to do a tour of the kitchen.

How did you get started in this business?
Many people took a liking to my Instagram page and inquired if I did private dining. The first few events were learning lessons, whoever I did so well that word of mouth scattered with rave reviews. That's when I realized that this would be a great business venture to get into.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Most of my clientele are meat eaters who are looking to consume more plant based vegan dishes infused with a lot of flavor. I also cook for newbie vegans as well as what I consider "veteran" vegans.
