Hi,

My name is Jonathan. I grew up cooking with family and fell in love with the Kitchen instantly!

I take my work seriously but I also have fun in the kitchen. Professionalism and Quality are just a couple things that I bring to the table for my clients and employers.

I have been working in the hospitality industry since 2009. My resume includes working for well established and respected corporation's such as Ruth's Chris Steak House, Hilton Hotels, Renaissance Hotels and Restoration Hardware. I have also worked closely with Celebrity Chef Fabio Viviani from Chicago.

While in the Hospitality Industry my reach stretches further than just restaurants. I have hosted large privet dinning parties and weddings. I have also partnered with Vineyard companies such as Silver Oak, Caymus and Stags Leap to create custom menus to pair with wine for private events.

Looking forward to whatever the future has in store for me in the next steps of my career.
