I provide personal/private Chef services for small group dinners, receptions, birthdays, buffets, and other events. I am personable, highly polished, professional, and provide a complete experience on a one to one basis from start to finish. I use my extensive experience in Restaurants, Hotels, and Private Club cooking to bring you and your guests a memorable, seamless experience. Along with that, I bring my passion and dedication to the finest details along with my strong culinary skills and craftsmanship, and help you personalize your special event. I specialize in many world cuisines, but Dutch/Indonesian is one that is very close to my heart. I was the former ower of de Quay Restaurant in Chicago, a highly acclaimed spot featuring this cuisine. I can also do all kinds of custom menus based on your needs and desires. I require at least 6 days prior notice for any bookings.
