I've been cooking for 10 years. Started my own catering business in 2020. The most satisfying part is upon set up , when the client is extremely pleased with the quality and presentation of the service. Later , leaving great reviews and saying how every one in attendance loved the food.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process is assessing the clients needs and wants. I send my menu, I answer any questions etc. Customer informs me on the items they would want off of my menu and I execute it.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've worked at many restaurants , alongside being a chef I am also a NIU graduate with a degree in Communications.
