What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Many customers will email and I will send them out wonderful things to look at. Generally within 30 minutes they will call to talk about their wedding and set up a time to meet.
If couples are busy we talk over the phone and I love to hear about their wedding and how they want their wedding ceremony to feel. I talk with them about all of ther choices for their ceremony. We talk about their processional, who will be walking with whom. It is so wonderful, when we are talking I can see their stress going away and excitement in their faces.
