What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Send us your concept and we will work with you to develop it. Once we get it just right, we will connect you to an artist who matches the concept's style.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our artists have a combined 100+ years of tattoo experience. All of our artists are certified by the Red Cross and the City of Indianapolis to be bloodborn pathogen and infectious disease certified. We use medical grade technology to ensure that all our customers get the safest, cleanest, and most clinical experience possible.

Nope...most work is custom to quote. Shop minimums are $65.00.

Make sure you get what you want and that the artists are friendly, clean, and responsive. A tattoo is forever...you should make sure that it's perfect.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Make sure your concept is pretty well defined; bonus points if you can find some art online that can represent it well. If you can't or need help, we will help you. Any creative fodder you have is always appreciated.
