About
Im a tattoo artist est. in 2006. Working from a professional private appointment only studio located in Greenwood Indiana , Vaukt 74 tattoos .I offer a large range of styles I try not to put myself into one box, though i do love doing anything realism, full color or black and grey, from portraits to flowers or just an awesome scenery. Fine lining is something i take pride in as well.
I have earned multiple awards for my tattooing in local and out of state conventions. My top award so far has been for tattooing the best tattoo of the day at Tattoo City Underground 2011.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It all starts with an email. From that email we will set up a consutation appointment to nail down all the details of what you want to have tattooed. At this time if you decide that im your guy we will set an appointment to tattoo.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been learning none stop since ive started my journey. I am self taught , meaning i had no apprenticeship, and picked up new things as i have gone along working with othe amazing artists.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I do charge by the hour and have a minimum charge of $125/hr. At the time of your consultation, if you choose to use me as your artist, there is a $100 design fee due at this time. Only if you want to set something up. If not there is no charge. This fee goes toward the design work and not the time in which we are tattooing. If for some reason your tattoo needs a touch up ,after having a second session already, there is a minimum $25 fee. If said touch up takes more than 40 minutes it is not considered a touch up and will continue at my normal rate.
Quoted will be given as a time range and not exact price. The reason for this is I could do the same tattoo on two people and one could take more time than the other. This could be because of movement during the process, the skin not taking the pigment as easy as the other or the client needs continued breaks in one sitting etc..
How did you get started in this business?
I got started teaching myself in 2005 tattoing myself and some friend who trusted my abilities at the time. In 2006 i went to try and get an apprenticeship and was turned away , but turned toward another shop. At the time was called Eastside tattoos, and the owner put me to work with no apprenticeship needed. Since then Ive done nothing but try and work with the best in my area.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with all types of customers and do not discriminate against anyone. I have clients from 18 up to 82, literally.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
When looking for an artist in my area one thing is to always look at their work first. Make sure they can do the style you are looking for. There are tones of artist who will take your money even if they cant do what you are looking for, but some will still try. SO be sure to research your artist.
