I maintain a certified chef title with knowledge of dietary management and dietary needs. While I love outdoor cooking and teach it as well, I am well equipped to cook in your kitchen as well. I spent 25 years with our sons in the outdoor kitchen arena and guided these young men in preparing and eating the food they prepared. Basically, I am a great cook and would love to teach you some of what I know.
