I have been a private chef for 8 years, which was also when I started my business, Happy Tongue Foods. The name pretty much says it all. Cooking has always been something I have been interested in since a toddler, I mean Barney and Sesame Street were cool, but Chef Justin Wilson, kept my attention! I love cooking and creating dishes that makes people happy. I can cook any cuisine and give it that Nola twist. A phrase to remember me and my delicious food for is "Nola Cuisine with an Attitude"!
