Hello everyone! I’m a Cordon Bleu trained Chef with 10 years of experience working for a Celebrity Chef and James Beard award winner. I cook with bright flavors inspired by Thai/japanese cuisine and focus on delicious healthy cuisine. I can make all the classic American dishes as well and my specialty is Pasta. I’m also an expert in gluten-free, vegetarian/vegan as well as anti-inflammatory and healthy cuisine.
